Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Administration, Engineering Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, project management, estimation, or a related field.
- Experience in the engineering industry (Construction, Electrical, Telecommunications)
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices
Nice to Have:
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
- Experience with engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulation
What will you do?
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documents and correspondence.
- Assist in contract negotiations and amendments.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Support the preparation of cost estimates for projects, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Analyse and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimate
- Provide technical support to engineering teams, including document preparation, data analysis, and report generation.
- Assist in the design and development of engineering projects.
