Project Manager (AU Electrical, Home-based)

Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Administration, Engineering Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, project management, estimation, or a related field.
• Experience in the engineering industry (Construction, Electrical, Telecommunications)
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices

Nice to Have:

• Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
• Experience with engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulation

What will you do?

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documents and correspondence.
• Assist in contract negotiations and amendments.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Support the preparation of cost estimates for projects, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Analyse and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimate
• Provide technical support to engineering teams, including document preparation, data analysis, and report generation.
• Assist in the design and development of engineering projects.
