The Account Executive role plays a key part of the Client Success team and will report into the Senior Account Manager.

Please note this is a hybrid role with 2 days in the London office and 3 from home, subject to amendment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, grow and maintain positive relationships internally and externally with our clients, working across marketing, CRM and retail departments
  • Participate in weekly clients meetings, as appropriate, including following up with meeting minutes and actions
  • Maintain internal trackers to ensure we are delivering against client objectives
  • Effectively triage,and pick up relevant clients queries
  • Lead regular trainings on our platform including designing training programs for new functionality
  • Create supporting documents to be circulated with our clients
  • Drive small to medium projects as and when required. This is a varied role with exposure to many different stakeholders, departments and levels of seniority
  • From time-to-time, engage with retailers within our clients’ shopping locations to secure participation in the Loyalty program and sell in the benefits of Loyalty
  • Occasional travel throughout Europe will be required

Experience

  • 1-3 years experience in account management
  • Interest and understanding of email, CRM and loyalty marketing
  • Exposure to a tech and data environment
  • Understanding and knowledge of loyalty or shopping centre sector / retail industry
  • Experience in analysing data to provide insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Great communications skills
  • Good at building relationships
  • Great organisation and time management skills
  • A proactive and can do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Good Excel/Google Sheet and PowerPoint/Google Slide skills
  • Ability to provide presentations, data and reports to assist the broader team
  • Ability to travel within Europe
  • Fluent in English and French
  • German or Italian language is a plus
