About the role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a number of administrative tasks to support the US ERP project and team throughout duration of project to go-live and after the hypercare phase. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for calendar management, scheduling meetings for project team and US staff, facilitating meeting minutes, tracking and following-up on project tasks, create and update presentations, international and domestic travel coordination and various other administrative duties as required. This position will need to accommodate various time zones due to the project team locations across the globe.
What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- May run, administer and organize project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the ERP project manager and project leads.
- Work with internal stakeholders to communicate resources, schedules, and deliveries of products.
- Be accountable for project results, staying on-budget and on-schedule, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Provide status reports throughout the project of any issues or delays against delivery commitments.
- Quickly escalate any project-related issues that will negatively affect customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating resources required to fulfill project delivery.
- Schedule meetings using MS Teams and coordinate with CPO team for US staff all hands meetings.
- Take meeting minutes, track open issues and provide follow-up accordingly.
- Maintain travel arrangements and itineraries for ERP project team, which will include international and domestic travel.
- Assist in administration of duties related to visas for international travel.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for various update and all-hands meetings.
- Support with vendor invoicing and purchase orders as requested.
- Coordinate events related to go-live for all US offices.
- Various administrative duties as needed to support the project through go live and the hypercare phase.

What you have
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management within the IT industry.
- PMI certification is a plus.
- Experience with ERP project support is highly desired.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to coordinate resources.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, consistent follow-up on all ongoing activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with people from many different disciplines.
- Able to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g.: Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).
- Experience in customer facing roles a plus.
