What will you be doing?

Retail Gateways are a collaborative technology platform that integrates retailer data assets, implements workflows and key business use case reports tailored to the retailer’s business processes, and serves as a single source of truth for retailers and their suppliers. This solution includes Point-of-Sale, Market Measurement, Loyalty, Retail Media, Supply Chain, and analytics for Price, Promotion, and Assortment.

As a Coordinator III, you will be responsible for working with the delivery team to identify and enact opportunities for long term improvements. The delivery team is responsible for the daily deliverables, your focus will be to make that process better.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and observe day to day process of delivery team to help improve delivery timeliness and quality.
  • Coordinate hardware changes and improvements, such as server and white box issue resolution, upgrades, maintenance, etc.
  • Develop strong working relationships with international colleagues across multiple functions.
  • Drive process improvement everyday by identifying and implementing changes that will advance quality and/or efficiency.
  • Ensure the root cause of any issue has been identified and creating preventative measures to avoid future risks.
  • Work closely with Manager on projects and improvements which are outside of the day-to-day activities.
  • Actively engage with those in and out of production on challenges and suggested improvements to process/timing.

Requirements

  • A relevant college degree, with demonstrated course work related to data analytics or like.
  • Work experience which demonstrates your knowledge level, your team player skills and flexibility.
  • Naturally rigorous and organized, you possess solid problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Enthusiastic and open to learn technical processes. You have a collaborative approach to working and strong communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advanced skills in this regard are advantageous.
  • Self-directed; strong ability to work independently, to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Experience in an environment working and collaborating across time zones is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are a must, to comprehend and articulate issues.
  • Ambitious to perform well and to assist others, when possible, to improve performance.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks.
