Description
We’re reinventing DevOps to help the world’s most innovative companies build and deliver software better and we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a diverse in-house creative and marketing team and be part of a collaborative think tank operating across a wide range of marketing and creative touchpoints. This is a global role that works closely with teams on the US West Coast, so flexibility with US West Coast hours is required.
What You’ll do:
- Design and optimize advertising and marketing assets for various initiatives and online campaigns, including banners, events, newsletters, landing pages, social media posts, booths, roll-ups, and more.
- Propose and develop creative concepts for campaigns that will later be translated into banners, landing pages, brochures, and other assets.
- Create web pages in various formats, delivering technical, strategic, and messaging goals in the most effective way for each target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, non-design teams to plan and execute deliverables such as websites, landing pages, product diagrams, and technical sheets.
- Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design quality and consistency.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–8 years of hands-on design experience with a strong visual design background.
- A portfolio showcasing multiple projects and clearly demonstrating your personal contributions.
- Experience designing for both digital and print, including online campaigns and organic/promoted social media content.
- Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on technically complex projects.
- Strong ability to communicate design concepts and rationale, acting as a creative leader within a user-centered design process.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (experience with AI design tools is a plus).
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage tight deadlines, handle revisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
