Location: Malta office + Hybrid set-up environment

As a Junior Marketing Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in planning, executing, and managing various marketing projects and campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company's strategic objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in marketing project management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including product launches, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, marketing channels, compliance and commercial, to develop project briefs and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conducting research and analysis to support marketing strategies and provide insights for decision-making.
• Assisting in managing marketing budgets, and reporting on project performance.
• Supporting the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to marketing projects.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver detailed post-project analysis which can be used to improve future projects
• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Marketing Planning or the Director of Marketing Operations.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role (internship experience may be considered).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
