Core Responsibilities
- Ensures a full understanding of the creative objectives and needs of internal on-air or off-air client groups.
- Participates in the development of design concepts to meet the defined needs of assigned client group(s) within specifications determined by creative or art director.
- Develops and executes design, artwork and layout solutions for on-air or off-air programs and projects.
- Implements solutions with good artistry that can be easily redirected by senior staff.
- Demonstrates proficiency in and working knowledge of relevant professional concepts and related processes.
- Assigns routine projects.
- Assists on new and innovative projects and initiatives.
- Assists with minor GIF or JPEG internet graphics.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
