Software engineer / Back-end oriented

Our client is the user-owned neobank. They provide features for save, earn, swap, and spend capital directly onchain, without

custodians, opaque intermediaries, or banks.

About Role

Aim to hiring a Backend Engineer to be a swiss army knife across our client's team, contributing to everything from production-grade Go microservices to the strategy behind a new SuperVault launch.

You'll join a tight team where every line of code ships to thousands of users and millions in assets. Each engineer is a multiplier and you will

influence product vision, tech choices, and culture from day one.

What you'll do :

• Build systems for institutions to create and manage their own SuperVaults.
• Design and implement APIs, services, and data pipelines that connect the Superform app to onchain

infrastructure in real-time.

• Collaborate with researchers to improve strategy performance, automate re-balancing, and implement ERC-4337

/ ERC-7579 account abstraction flows.

• Maintain high reliability standards (monitoring, alerting, incident response).
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and team-wide engineering practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficiency in ERC4626 and ERC4337

• Need someone who has been consumer/user-facing

• Production experience with Go

• Product experience with SQL & scalable data stores (Postgres)
• Native fluency with blockchain concepts and tooling: vault products, subgraphs, JSON-RPC/Web3 libraries, basic

Solidity comprehension.

• Experience with ERC 7540, ERC 7579, ERC 7683

• Experience with ClickHouse & Dagster

• Experience with asset management / TradFi experience (risk, portfolio mgmt, trading systems) strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Position: Full-time

• Location: Remote | Overlap 9am-1pm ET (15h-19h Paris time)
• Compensation: Base salary up to $175k + Equity

Interview Process:

• 2 day take home case study

• Final interview with engineers (2 hrs)
