Coinbase is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on Platform Product Group and Machine Learning Systems and Services. This role involves building a scalable platform to maximize velocity, efficiency, and quality for their onchain platform, working with scientists and engineering partners to improve the company's vision. The role requires a passionate individual who values the mission of increasing economic freedom through crypto and blockchain technology.

Requirements

  • PhD or MS in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering
  • 5+ years of ML/engineering management experience
  • Experience in leading multiple ML teams
  • Experience with partner organizations and collaboration
  • Experience in latest ML techniques
