Software Engineer, Model Integration

As a Software Engineer, Model Integration, you will work on architecting and implementing robust integrations for large language models into the North platform. You will collaborate with modelling teams to refine LLM performance and develop tools for analysing and monitoring model performance.

Requirements

• Built, shipped, and maintained production systems around LLMs, including integration, prompt management, and performance analysis.
• Owned complex features from design to deployment, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Ability to work closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong coding abilities and comfortable working across the stack.
• Customer-focused, product-minded approach to building software, prioritising outcomes and impact.
• Thrived in fast-paced environments and stayed focused as priorities and objectives evolved.
