Job Description

Scope

Solution Build and Installation

  • Products:

IBM Transformation Extender (“ITX”)

IBM Transformation Extender Advanced (“ITX-A”)

IBM Transformation Extender Pack for Healthcare (“ITX-A-HCP”)

  • Environments:

Non-Production Development and Quality Assurance (QA)

Production

  • Environment & application validation
    • Application start-up and shutdown
    • ITX-A UI functionality (e.g. view/add envelopes, search, import/export)
    • ITX Launcher start/stop – logs analysis
    • ITX-A database communication
    • Application to shared file system communication
  • Configure the following foundational features in the base application architecture:
    • Trading Partner and User Authentication
      • Authentication to be configured: Local Application Authentication (Out-of-box)
    • Assist CBC with communication protocol(s) & file system(s) enablement for Systems and/or Trading
    • Partners to send data to CBC or pull data from CBC
  • Configure the following Communication Protocols and/or File System Adapters
    • SFTP [auth: username & password]
    • File System Adapter
  • Trading Manager Migration to ITX-A
    • Existing Partner Manager Database will be migrated to ITX-A.
    • No traffic table information will be migrated.
    • If new partners are added during the development cycle, additional work will be needed to migrate the new partners.
  • HIPAA 5010 Compliance Checking
    • The standard HIPAA compliance checking/validation will be used for all transactions.
    • Compliance for all partners and all transactions will be at WEDI/SNIP level 2.
    • For all inbound transactions, a 999 acknowledgement will be created and delivered to the outbound mailbox location.
  • ITX Framework Map Development
    • Up to one (1) ITX framework map will be developed.
  • Assist with the ITXA Partner onboarding utility
    • Develop a map and system to populate envelopes based on sample data.
  • ITX Launcher System Development
    • Develop up to four (4) ITX Launcher systems to handle processing of inbound and outbound data, partner onboarding, and partner update.
    • Each launcher system will have watches for a single folder on the file system

String and UAT Testing

  • Support role for String and UAT

Go-Live support

Qualifications

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • IBM ITX Certifications (if available) or equivalent experience.
