Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on Engineering, Product, and GTM
- Comfort discussing technical fundamentals, role expectations, and pitching Coder to candidates
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Clear written and verbal communication; direct, respectful, and timely
- Organized approach to pipelines, prioritization, and competing deadlines
- Prior experience working in a startup environment and using Ashby ATS
