Join Coder as a Technical Recruiter to be part of a high-impact, progressive, and collaborative team. This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on Engineering, Product, and GTM
  • Comfort discussing technical fundamentals, role expectations, and pitching Coder to candidates
  • Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Clear written and verbal communication; direct, respectful, and timely
  • Organized approach to pipelines, prioritization, and competing deadlines
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment and using Ashby ATS
