Coder is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth by generating qualified pipeline for Enterprise Account Managers. The role involves creating opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, researching target accounts, and setting up qualification calls for EAMs. The successful candidate will work closely with EAMs to strategize account outreach and hand off qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in outbound SDR or BDR roles within SaaS or developer-focused technology companies
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Experience with SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and similar prospecting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Grit, curiosity, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive, proactive mindset
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a focus on measurable goals and continuous improvement
- Eagerness to learn about developer tools, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI workflows
