Cobalt is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing plans to build and accelerate the regional sales pipeline across North America and EMEA regions. The role involves leveraging growth marketing frameworks, account-based marketing, customer marketing, and channel partner programs to drive pipeline-impacting campaigns and buying committee penetration.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of marketing experience with a focus on growth, demand generation, or regional marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, and modern growth technologies.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce and Intent Platforms (6Sense or UserGems)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging, conversion-focused content.
