As a member of the Backoffice team, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize manual processes. You are expected to have strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency. Your mission is to streamline customer accreditation workflows through automation, reducing manual effort while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate has critical thinking abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
What You´ll Be Doing:
- Work with KYC;
- Work to provide an incredible customer experience;
- Receive and attend tasks about customers requested through Central Bank systems;
- Act as a creative problem solver in various situations;
- Address issues promptly and find effective solutions;
- Help out the customer support team with the current situation of specific merchants.
What You´ll Need to Succeed:
- SQL knowledge for data extraction and process automation;
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, co-pilots in text editors like Cursor or similar) for process automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization;
- Ability to leverage AI to solve complex problems, automate repetitive tasks, and create scalable solutions;
- Proven track record of identifying manual processes and designing automation solutions using AI, Python, APIs, or workflow automation platforms;
- Critical thinking to challenge existing processes and propose AI-driven improvements;
- Data analysis with dashboards and spreadsheets;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Grit and ownership spirit;
- Strong analytical skills with logical reasoning;
- Big attention to details;
- Ability to keep learning new things while constantly improving what we are already good at;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent organizational abilities;
- Enthusiasm and passion for technology and AI innovation;
- Proactive attitude with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
