As our AI Transformation Coach, you'll work across teams and departments to help CloudLinux adopt AI-driven ways of working - practically, thoughtfully, and at a pace that builds lasting capability rather than just surface-level activity.

You'll draw on a background in Agile facilitation and coaching, but your remit is broader: you're helping teams redesign how they operate, not just run better ceremonies. You'll need to get up to speed quickly in new technical and organizational contexts, think clearly about systems and dynamics, and have both the patience to guide people through change and the drive to actually make it stick.

What You'll Do

AI Adoption and Process Transformation

  • Work with teams to identify where AI tooling can meaningfully improve how they work — and design the processes to support sustainable adoption
  • Help teams move from experimentation to genuine integration: from "we tried it once" to "this is how we now do this."
  • Spot where AI adoption is creating new coordination gaps or process debt, and address them before they compound
  • Work closely with leadership to translate the company's AI strategy into practical, team-level change
  • Surface patterns across teams — what's working, what's breaking, what needs organizational attention — and bring the right people together to act
  • Help the company build institutional knowledge around AI-driven ways of working, so that progress compounds rather than resets with every new initiative

Requirements

Must-have

  • Proven experience as an organizational change practitioner, working across multiple concurrent teams
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technical domains quickly and work credibly alongside engineering teams
  • Experience designing and evolving team processes — not just facilitating them
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, AI-augmented testing, code review tooling, or similar) and a genuine understanding of how they change team dynamics
  • Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Upper-intermediate English or above, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Background in software development, QA automation, or DevOps — you've been on a team building software, not just coaching one
  • Experience in infrastructure, security, or open-source product environments
  • Familiarity with Lean or DevOps principles
  • Experience facilitating organizational change in a scaling, distributed company

Benefits

What's in it for you?

  • A strong focus on professional development with opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Engage in interesting and challenging initiatives that push your technical and analytical skills.
  • Regular interaction with senior leadership, providing insights into strategic decision-making.
  • Fully remote work with flexible hours, allowing you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
  • Paid one-month vacation per year and unlimited sick leave to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Medical insurance reimbursement to support your health needs.
  • Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.
  • The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

CloudLinux is dedicated to enhancing the security, stability, and profitability of Linux for hosting providers and data centers. With a collective experience of over 500 years in Linux, the company is transforming how these entities utilize the technology, extending its benefits to millions of their customers. CloudLinux boasts over 500,000 product installations and serves more than 4,000 customers, including prominent names like Liquid Web, 1&1, and Dell. The company merges profound technical expertise in hosting, kernel development, and open source with exceptional client care. Cloud Linux, Inc. was consolidated into Cloud Linux Software, Inc., which now operates under the TUXCARE trade name (DBA).

The core offering, CloudLinux OS, is specifically engineered for shared hosting environments. It isolates each tenant into a Lightweight Virtualized Environment (LVE), which partitions, allocates, and limits server resources such as CPU, memory, I/O, and the number of processes. This prevents any single user from monopolizing server resources and causing performance degradation or downtime for other users on the same server. This LVE technology is a key differentiator, ensuring a more stable and reliable hosting environment. CloudLinux OS also incorporates features like CageFS, a virtualized file system that encapsulates each user, preventing them from seeing each other's sensitive information or accessing server configuration files. This significantly enhances security in a multi-tenant setup. Furthermore, HardenedPHP ensures the security of the host system by automatically patching older and unsupported PHP versions. The OS is compatible with major control panels like cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin, facilitating easier adoption and management for hosting providers. Beyond the operating system, CloudLinux has expanded its product portfolio with solutions like Imunify360, a comprehensive security suite for Linux web servers, and KernelCare, which provides automated, rebootless kernel patching. The company also initiated AlmaLinux OS, a free, open-source, community-driven enterprise-grade Linux distribution intended as a CentOS alternative, and continues to sponsor the AlmaLinux OS Foundation.
