We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a GTM Program Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role can be based in our Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto offices, or remote across Canada (excluding Québec) or the US. This is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor role that partners closely with Revenue and Executive Leadership to drive Clio’s most critical go-to-market initiatives. You’ll sit at the center of how strategy turns into execution, helping the company scale through clarity, alignment, and disciplined delivery.

What your team does:

The GTM Program Management team leads Clio’s most complex, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to bring structure to complexity and keep teams aligned from planning through launch and beyond. As trusted partners to senior leaders, we provide clear visibility into program health, surface risks and tradeoffs early, and enable confident, data-informed decision-making—ensuring revenue-critical initiatives deliver outcomes, not just plans.

Who you are:

You’re a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, working across functions, and operating at both the executive level and in the weeds. You bring structure to complex problems, make sound tradeoffs, and keep momentum moving—even as priorities shift.

You’re a clear communicator with executive presence, able to influence without authority and align stakeholders around shared goals. You take ownership of outcomes, translate data into action, and continuously improve how you work—including leveraging AI to increase your personal and program impact.

What you’ll work on:

  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product, and Engineering by building strong partnerships and influencing without authority.
  • Analysis & Decision Support: Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate options, surface tradeoffs, and recommend data-backed paths forward.
  • Leadership Updates: Provide clear status updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and program sponsors.

What you may have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy roles, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
  • Working knowledge of GTM motions and revenue operations.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Experience with acquisition integrations, quote-to-cash, or GTM system implementations is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI

What you will find here:
