Requirements
- Experience in program management, project management, or a related operational role
- Experience managing client-facing programs, preferably in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or public-sector services
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or program management systems is an asset
- A collaborative working style and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- A strong desire to contribute to meaningful work that supports climate action and energy efficiency
