Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development with Python
Strong knowledge of Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Hands-on experience with designing and maintaining ETL pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Kafka, or Spark
Proficiency in building and deploying microservices with RESTful APIs and message queues
Deep understanding of both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems for EvoChat
Lead the development of robust ETL pipelines to handle large-scale data ingestion and transformation
Architect and deploy loosely coupled microservices ensuring performance and resilience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system scalability issues
Contribute to the backend technology roadmap and best practices
