BI and Digital Analytics Expert

The BI Expert will play a pivotal role in creating Business Intelligence Dashboards, contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization. Focused on Digital Analytics & Customer Journeys, this role requires a deep understanding of data transformation and visualization tools.

Your Key Responsibilities as a BI and Digital Analytics Expert will include:

• Design and develop comprehensive BI dashboards and reports leveraging data from Google Analytics and SQL databases in tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or QlikSense (pitch your preference during the interview)
• Transform complex datasets into insightful visualizations
• Collaborate with various teams to support strategic decisions through data-driven insights
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data reported
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in BI and analytics tools and technologies

Requirements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Proven experience in Google Analytics and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, Tableau,Looker or QlikSense
• Strong data transformation skills through your preferred BI tool and SQL
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to capture needs and translate them into tangible analysis
• Strong consulting skills, including effective communication, stakeholder management and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Adept at problem-solving, critical thinking, and providing actionable insights
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and to present data insights in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecom, ecommerce or technology industry
• Proficient in English and in Dutch or French
• Ability to cope with uncertainty and to establish foundations in a context of scaling up, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
• Specific experice in building Marketing Campaign metrics & insights (linking campaign data, Google Analytics & Sales data) is a huge plus
