CircleCI is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to support the Business Systems Team in campaign planning, execution and measurement. As the Sr Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible for the complete operational life-cycle of Marketing campaigns, events, and emails through planning, execution and reporting on the outcomes of these programs, and be comfortable in presenting results and process efficiency improvements back to campaign owners. This role is crucial to the success of the Marketing and Revenue efforts together, while being the liaison between the Business Systems and Marketing/Sales teams. You will ensure that no lead is left behind, every marketing touch point is attributable, our technology systems work together seamlessly, and that we operate in a coordinated way in the market.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong operational skills, has a B2B background, experience with technical best-practices, and has certifications in our Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot), CRM System (Salesforce/HubSpot) and is familiar with our Customer Engagement Platform (Outreach/HubSpot).
This role reports into the Sr. Manager, Business Systems, will work closely with business analysts, Revenue Marketing stakeholders, and will have an immediate impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing and Sales funnels. What You will Do
- Oversee the marketing tech stack from end-to-end, including HubSpot, 6sense, etc
- Build and maintain the marketing automation roadmap from the ground up, improving and innovating marketing integrations, database segmentation, lead-scoring modeling, and data stewardship
- Implement a world-class attribution model, allowing us to measure and report on how Marketing is improving both sourced and influenced revenue
- Champion a "no-lead-left-behind" mentality, and ensure our funnel is air-tight
- Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness including email and conversion metrics, produce campaign insights using closed-loop reporting in HubSpot to ensure an accurate view of marketing performance
- Lead compliance exercises to ensure database integrity and manage lead and contact data hygiene observing GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM and CASL
- Work with stakeholders to develop, execute and report on email marketing programs for both adhoc sends and ongoing nurture emails, including A/B testing pieces of the customer journey
- Identify operational/process inefficiencies and propose solutions that will scale as CircleCI grows
- Drive alignment across the sales and marketing team by managing the lead to sales handoff process
- Support data preparation/upload/deduplication for campaigns and lists as required

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Marketing Operations experience, preferably in a high growth B2B environment
- Intermediate to Expert-level HubSpot/SFDC experience, and familiarity with common enterprise martech tools such as 6sense, Zoominfo, HubSpot workflows, Outreach.io, etc.
- Highly organized and autonomous, but also able to collaborate across teams, including all Marketing functions, Sales/Customer Operations, and Data Analytics.
- Working experience in building out multi streamed Engagement/Nurture Programs
- Understanding of lead scoring models
- Meticulous approach to detail, process, and data management
