The ComplianceMate Restaurant Management System is specifically intended for "Back of the House" operations. In essence, we automate your Brand's processes within a restaurant- those functions currently being handled by notebooks and clipboards. This enhances overall management, accountability, and equipment performance in addition to brand protection.
Our focus is to provide real time monitoring of equipment and Standard Operating Processes within a restaurant operation. Including, but not limited to, temperature monitoring, HACCP control, real time reporting/ list completion and remote management using today's technology and friendly graphics to interface with the user. Employees can quickly and efficiently work through the variety of checks they conduct on a daily basis and gather all the required data as mandated by corporate policy in a digital, time stamped format. This data is seamlessly transmitted via the internet to a secure site where it can be reviewed real time anywhere in the world via a web enabled device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.). Anomalies in the data can trigger various alerts to multiple levels within the organization - from store level up to the corporate level if necessary. Also, we can assist in assuring incoming shipments are received "in spec" and immediately begin corrective action and remediation if they are not (incoming QC for restaurants). We are also working on development of future modules for greater functionality, including inventory control.
