What will you be doing?

As a skilled marketer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of creative and effective marketing campaigns and programs that drive the business towards its strategic objectives.

Because of the scope and cross-functional nature of this role, we’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who has a passion for all aspects of marketing. In particular, you should have a strong grasp of campaign development and delivery within a B2B context.

Job Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the development of annual marketing plans that support business strategy and are grounded in customer insights and product truths.
• Regularly review personas and buyer journeys in order to maintain a high level of relevance and engagement with the audience.
• Develop and deliver integrated go-to-market campaigns that generate measurable impact against key KPIs i.e. leads, revenue, new contacts.
• Take ownership for developing a deep understanding of Circana solutions, USPs, market and competitor intelligence in order to develop and refine strong value propositions and campaign messaging.
• Ensure alignment and communication of marketing plans & actions with marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Coordinate and align global Marketing activities working with Marketing peers in EMEA and APAC.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $64,000.00 $120,000.00.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
