Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Director, Demand Generation to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning. As our Director, Marketing Operations you will strategize and oversee the marketing efforts aimed at retaining and engaging existing customers. You'll focus on creating personalized experiences, loyalty programs, and campaigns that strengthen the relationship between the brand and its customers. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, managing customer feedback, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate marketing programs full funnel, both B2B and B2C
- Manage a team of 4 demand generation marketers in the following categories:
- Direct-sales demand capture focused on generating new or account expansion
- Channel-sales demand capture focused on expansion and co-marketing efforts
- Lifecycle marketing focused on retaining customers and increasing LTV
- Event marketing focused on planning proprietary and sponsored event
- Be accountable for the execution of all above efforts and strategies
- Oversee and optimize the paid marketing programs budget
- Establish all KPIs and metrics for demand generation initiatives
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, product and finance teams
- Be an evangelist and driving force on current industry trends
What You Need:
- Minimum of 7 years experience
