What will you be doing?

If you enjoy helping clients answer important business questions and find strategic direction, this job is for you. The Foodservice Account Specialist supports Circana’s relationship with an assigned portfolio of distributor clients. You will help to drive value within our Foodservice accounts to ensure continued growth and profitability. This integral member of the team will report to the Team Director.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day servicing support for our clients, assessing and addressing client business needs.
  • Accurately interpret data and clearly articulate findings and insights to both internal and external audiences, in written and verbal formats.
  • Build strategic relationships with client contacts to develop business insights regarding the clients' most important issues/needs, both short and long-term.
  • Conduct small group client training on Circana applications and methodology.
  • Contribute to team revenue and opportunity pipeline.
  • Build industry expertise by monitoring, researching, and uncovering trends among consumers, retail CPG, and foodservice.
  • Manage creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly on going “key insights” presentations and/or deliverables.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments and teams within Circana to ensure success for the business.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in market research and/or consumer insights.
  • BA/BS or equivalent. Market research or marketing background preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities against pressing deadlines, strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well on a team as well as independently.
  • Expert in MS Office products (Excel & PowerPoint are critical).
  • Experience in the food / foodservice industry a plus
  • Up to 10% travel.
