The Role:

Cerebral is seeking a Senior Product Manager on the Retention & Outcomes team. In this role, you’ll ideate and execute on enhancements to our mobile and web applications to drive client engagement, retention, and health outcomes. This role will inform the strategy to deliver recurring value to patients and drive business outcomes.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years experience in a product management role
  • Experience with web and mobile app development practices
  • Laser-focus on crafting high quality UX and engaging features
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to C-level executives
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to evangelize a compelling product vision to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Enthusiasm and creativity to inspire others
  • Deep sense of ownership with the ability to work autonomously

Strongly preferred experience:

  • Experience with consumer health and wellness
  • Experience delivering strong UX with an emphasis on engagement
  • Understanding and passion for healthcare
  • Experience within a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Define new ways for clients to understand their mental health progress and improve outcomes
  • Deliver highly engaging features and improve the overall UX of our web and mobile applications
  • Inform the long term product roadmap, specify the product requirements that will create the best user experience for our clients
  • Build cross-functional relationships and processes with other product managers, engineering, clinical, analytics, design, and marketing to drive initiatives
  • Define success metrics for, measure, and evaluate the impact of product effortsAnalyze and understand data, and leverage that understanding to make data-driven decisions
  • Deeply understand the client and provider experience by collaborating with our design, product, and clinical teams

The national base salary range (OR the national hourly range for nonexempt positions) offered for this position is outlined below. Cerebral is committed to equal pay for equal work; however, business reasons may dictate variations in pay that are attributed to objective factors, such as a candidate's qualifications and years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary and may include an annual performance bonus and equity/stock options.

National Base Salary Range:$120,000—$140,000 USD
