As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will thrive in our dynamic environment. Here, you'll have the chance to lead tasks, wear multiple hats, and contribute significantly to the foundation of our business and marketing team. This is an outstanding chance to lead performance marketing campaigns for our B2C business, drive student engagement, and support our employer partners.

What you'll do here:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns using various channels to generate leads and meet goals.

• Coordinate the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.

• Coordinate with partners to set campaign expectations, secure approvals, and communicate progress.

• Apply marketing analytics to collect data, optimize the lead funnel, and offer detailed end-of-campaign reports to both internal and external collaborators.

• Support the student email nurture journey by developing strategies and crafting content to guide students through their learning process.

• Manage relationships on a tactical level to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

• Focus on optimizing campaigns and running A/B tests to continually improve performance and outcomes.

Skills you will need here:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, or a related field.

• 2-3 years in a marketing support role.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on schedule.

• Experience in optimizing campaigns and running A/B tests.

• Awareness of significant metrics in marketing (such as click-through rates, reach, ROAS) and the capacity to improve campaign performance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Salesforce).

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud.

• Previous experience working in an agency setting.

• Experience in a startup environment.

• Background in client services.

• Strong design skills.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
