Founded in 2000 as the Carbon Disclosure Project, CDP has broadened the scope of environmental disclosure to encompass a greater range of issues. We support thousands of businesses, cities, states and regions with measuring and managing their associated risks and opportunities in relation to climate change, water security and deforestation. The need for urgent climate action is pressing as we aim to prevent catastrophic climate change and the irreversible loss of nature.
