Role Summary
As a Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our sales team and prospective clients. You will lead discovery sessions, architect cloud solutions, deliver compelling technical presentations and demos, and craft responses to RFPs/RFIs. This role demands deep expertise in cloud architecture, modernization strategies, and the ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into clear, credible cloud roadmaps for organizations with 1,000+ employees. You will focus exclusively on cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP), including modernization, migration, security, networking, operations, and governance—not traditional on-prem-only architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify cloud opportunities and conduct technical discovery workshops with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
- Design high-level cloud architectures (landing zones, IAM, networking, governance, data flows) tailored to enterprise requirements.
- Deliver technical demos, POCs, and whiteboard sessions showcasing cloud migration and modernization capabilities.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses including technical write-ups, ROM/detailed estimates, migration strategies, and TCO/ROI models.
- Develop reusable cloud reference architectures, migration patterns, and demo assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud engineering, FinOps, Zero Trust, SRE operations, and AI/ML cloud integrations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed cloud solutions are feasible, scalable, and profitable.
Preferred Experience
- 7+ years in cloud engineering, cloud architecture, SRE, DevOps, or technical pre-sales.
- 2+ years supporting enterprise cloud transformation in a consultative environment.
- 2+ years in multi-cloud engineering, multi-cloud connectivity, workload placement and security
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals with organizations of 1,000+ employees.
- Hands-on experience designing and scoping cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, serverless, containers).
- Deep expertise in the following domains:

Education

Range provided is base. This role is eligible for commission as well.
