Role: Executive Assistant for Product Manager
Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Eastern Time (ET) or Pacific Time (PT)
Salary Range: up to USD1600 a month (depending on skills and experience, with growth opportunities as the business scales up)

We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant who will play a crucial role in the overall success of our client's Product Manager.
The Role
Your role will be to enable the overall success of our client's lead Product Manager by processing incoming requests for her time, gathering pertinent information to support her decision-making, and leading ad-hoc projects as needed.
Your goals in the first six months will be to:
- Establish a triage system for Slack, emails, meeting requests, and product bug/feature request tickets to optimize information flow and task prioritization.
- Provide support in creating documentation for tools that will be communicated to external stakeholders.
- Overall support for company projects and targets as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Inbox and calendar management
- Effectively and proactively triage, monitor, and aggregate messages across multiple channels and streamline information flow.
- Handle all aspects of calendar management that includes scheduling, managing RSVPs, creating meeting agenda, communicating with stakeholders, among others.
- Attend meetings and provide summaries with action items for follow-up.
- Task management and documentation
- Drive efficiency by researching new products or tools that will be adopted by the product team for day-to-day use
- Create clear and thorough documentation or SOPs of our products that will be sent out to users
- Assist in creating and proofreading presentations or analysis for internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively triage product feature requests and bugs reported from the team
Immediate Tasks for the 1st week:
- Establish a triage system for Slack, emails, meeting requests, and product bug/feature request tickets to optimize information flow and task prioritization.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant role providing all-around support for an executive not just in daily tactical operations but also in creative problem solving
- You have experience working with a startup focused on tech (AI, Biotech, Climate Tech, Software, etc.)
- You have experience and are comfortable working in US time zone (ET, CT, or PT)
- You are a self-starter and can drive initiatives with independence and autonomy
- You are curious about learning new data/analytics tools and have experience working with spreadsheets (bonus if you have experience working with basic SQL queries)
- You are an exceptional writer and have strong verbal communication skills
- You have a track record of leading and managing technical projects, dealing with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), and are comfortable with multiple, shifting priorities
- You demonstrate prompt communication across all channels (Slack, Teams, email, etc.)
- You have a strong desire to grow and learn new skills, and are receptive to feedback with a growth mindset
- You value high integrity, honesty, loyalty, ownership, and have a positive can-do attitude
