We are seeking an established Service Sales Professional supporting various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management for Automated Logic . Responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.

Role Purpose

  • Generate service contract renewals and support recurring revenue streams.

  • Identify opportunities to offer value-added services, such as remote monitoring, analytics platforms, or system upgrades.

  • Educate clients on new products and services within the automation portfolio.

  • Assist in onboarding new customers or transitioning from installation to service agreements.

  • Track service contracts, warranties, and maintenance schedules

  • Report on service sales pipeline and forecast revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and pursue new sales opportunities through provided leads while expanding sales in existing accounts.

  • Work closely with technical teams (engineering, field technicians) to understand service requirements and relay customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate CRM while reporting service sales, pipeline and forecast revenue.

  • Coordinate with project managers to meet customer expectations.

  • Customer service mindset with a sales-driven approach.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 3+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, electrical systems, OR service sales in a technical environment.

  • Valid Driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Technical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects.
