Central Contract Coordination Intern

Central Contract Coordination Team is all about performing procurement operational activities. This team, currently made of 10 experts, is dedicated to support and coordinate purchase contracts, materials and vendors maintenance for 16 markets belonging to Carlsberg Group.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting Global Category Managers for providing accurate data necessary for maintaining the system
• Managing and maintenance of category pricelist files
• Providing necessary data for purchasing contracts maintenance and master data creation
• Dealing with price discrepancies on supplier invoices
• Responsible for purchasing contracts, vendor & material creation process
• Maintaining & ensuring that the governance for purchasing contracts & master data maintenance is applied
• Practical usage of SAP and Excel

We are looking for colleagues who:

• Are thorough team players and have strong organizational skills
• Have an understanding of the agreed quality standards and are self-driven to deliver it
• Are effective communicators and have a very good English language skills
• Enjoy international environment and working remotely
• Have a degree / study in business
• Are focus on the details and able to work on time pressure
• Are available for at least 25-35 hrs per week

The following skills are not required but nice to have:

• Experience with working in SAP environment
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office package
