Customer Care Representative I - Bilingual role, responsible for responding to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence, analyzing problems, and providing information/solutions. Requires bilingual skills (Spanish) and previous experience in automated customer service environment. Opportunity to work remotely with a structured work schedule and occasional overtime or flexibility.
