ABOUT US

CareGuide was founded with one thing in mind: to ensure that anyone in search of care can find it. We help people take care of the things that are closest to their hearts: their homes, their pets, their parents, and their kids.

We have 20+ full-time team members who share this commitment - we are parents, grandparents, pet lovers, daughters, and sons. And we have 6 million users who trust us to help find care, and we work hard to make it possible.

CareGuide continues to build up our HeartPayroll and Nanny Lane brands by helping households employ nannies, caregivers, and other household employees, so we're looking for someone bright who loves solving problems and processing payroll.

You'll be helping families ensure their nannies and staff get paid on time, accurately, and with the very best service. You'll also gain valuable experience in an entrepreneurial environment with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

We know you see 10s of 100s of job postings weekly, so thanks for making it far. If you feel like you would be a great fit, where you will be challenged and rewarded daily, please apply - we promise it’s worth it. We think big, work hard and celebrate the successes and losses because both are equally important.
