Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. The SMB Sales Lead role will oversee Outbound Account Executives, drive regional strategy, and increase Canva adoption across small and medium sized businesses in EMEA.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of SaaS sales experience
- At least 3+ years managing SMB or high velocity sales teams
- Proven success leading quota carrying teams in a fast paced, outbound driven environment
- Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies (SPICED preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes and scale high performing teams
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience selling or supporting teams across multiple European markets
- Experience leading distributed or multilingual teams across the EMEA region
- A background in PLG (Product Led Growth) environments or hybrid self-serve + sales-assisted motion
- Familiarity with Canva’s ecosystem (Pro, Business, Enterprise) or comparable collaboration/creativity tools
