As an Education Customer Success Manager for Thailand, you will collaborate with the Ministry of Education, OBEC, OPEC and other Thai school systems, IT departments, curriculum leads, and education influencers to ensure widespread adoption of Canva’s tools.
Requirements
- Own the district engagement lifecycle – from strategy, prospecting, and onboarding to ongoing adoption and impact measurement.
- Foster relationships with Thai education stakeholders (school system administrators, IT teams, curriculum leaders) to support seamless Canva integration.
- Serve as an ambassador of Canva for Education, guiding teachers and educators in using the platform effectively.
- Provide strategic support to school leaders, helping them leverage Canva for curriculum design, student collaboration, and professional development.
- Analyze adoption metrics and usage trends to identify new engagement strategies and optimize customer experience.
- Champion Canva’s brand at education events, conferences, and workshops, advocating for creative learning with digital tools.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance Canva’s K-12 education offerings.
