As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in helping Canva grow its presence across China, Japan, Korea, and India. You'll focus on sourcing and attracting amazing talent, ensuring a great candidate experience, and supporting hiring managers throughout the process.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in high-growth or tech environments
- Deep understanding of the Chinese talent market, with strong sourcing strategies tailored to local platforms and talent behaviours
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills – you're a trusted advisor who can influence hiring decisions and coach teams on best practices
- Strong communication skills, fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English, with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams
- Experience recruiting for a mix of roles – including technical, product, marketing, sales. Experience hiring in international market is highly preferred.
- Data-driven mindset – you use metrics to drive improvements and guide decision-making
- Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion – you build inclusive hiring processes and candidate pipelines
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
