We are an ultra-fast growing SaaS start-up, backed by the largest hedge fund in Australia, with a rapidly growing subscriber user base from around the world including Australia, NZ, Canada, and the United States.

Graphic Design:

• Conceptualize visually captivating graphics for diverse digital and print mediums, leveraging AI-driven design tools where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into impactful visuals, exploring AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Develop engaging visual content while adhering to brand guidelines, utilizing AI algorithms to optimize content performance.

Video Editing:

• Edit and assemble raw footage to produce compelling video content, exploring AI-driven editing tools to streamline processes and enhance quality.
• Create animated videos tailored for various social channels, utilizing AI-generated animations to enhance visual appeal and engagement.
• Enhance video quality through the incorporation of AI-powered visual effects, transitions, and audio elements, ensuring seamless integration with brand identity.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand and fulfill video project requirements, leveraging AI analytics to refine content strategy and maximize impact.

Creative Collaboration:

• Partner closely with marketing and content teams to actualize creative concepts, exploring AI-driven ideation tools to generate innovative ideas and insights.
• Contribute innovative ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions, leveraging AI-generated data to inform decision-making and optimize creative processes.

Software Proficiency:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and PowerPoint/Google Slides, with a willingness to explore and incorporate AI-driven design tools.
• Preferred proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, supplemented with knowledge of AI-powered editing techniques.
• Additional expertise in editing GEOTiffs in Photoshop to enhance and modify geospatial images, exploring AI-driven solutions for advanced image manipulation.

Time Management:

• Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines, leveraging AI-driven project management tools to optimize workflow and prioritize tasks.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly, utilizing AI-generated insights to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative proficiency in both graphic design and video editing, with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work the shift from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
