As our SDR, you'll play the crucial role of breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships within our target customer segments in Brazil.
Requirements
- Native in Portuguese and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for clear business communication.
- 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar outbound commercial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Experience working directly with B2B clients in Brazil.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Experience working with HR & Learning Development teams or for a learning, e-learning, HR software, or wellbeing company.
