The role involves project operations, resource management, governance, and internal process improvements. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination, PM support, or junior project management role (preferably in IT)
- Great attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and switch context efficiently
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Analytical mindset and confidence in working with reports and data
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Polish (C1/native)
- Basic experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and invoicing principles
