Junior Project Manager

  • Plan, manage, and monitor project execution
  • Control KPIs and take action to maintain them at the best level
  • Handle people management: actively participate in planning required hires, ensure the professional growth of your team, and conduct face-to-face meetings
  • Act as a Scrum Master: facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure feature delivery
  • Develop project status reports and presentations
  • Drive and support continuous project improvement
  • Develop, manage, and maintain actual project management documentation
  • Manage communication with the Customer, Product Owner, customer side teams to ensure Customer satisfaction
  • Good theoretical and practical background in project management
  • At least 1,5 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager
  • Practical experience of working with Agile methodologies
  • Experience of people management practices, including coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation, and team building
  • Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

CUSTOMER

Our client is a Netherlands-based company on a mission to lead a transformative shift in the global clothing industry. Their vision is to create a sustainable and socially responsible sector by making garment repair not only ethical but a standard practice, contributing to a more responsible and repaired world.

PROJECT

The platform has two main branches:

B2B: Collaboration with brands and partners

B2C: An internal tracking system covering all product-related operations.

The project tech stack will be Microsoft Power Platform and React.
