Job Summary: Happiness Builder cultivates a positive and engaging workplace culture that fosters employee satisfaction and well-being. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating an environment where team members feel supported, motivated, and valued. You’ll be involved in employee relations and cultural development to enhance overall job satisfaction. You’ll work with several tools supporting the communication flow between the Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall employee engagement
- Plan and organize team-building activities, cultural events, celebrations and recognition programs that contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture
- Monitor and address employee well-being, including mental health and work-life balance
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Facilitate transparent communication channels between management and employees
- Act as a mediator to resolve interpersonal conflicts and address workplace issues promptly
- Provide support and guidance to employees facing challenges
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Improve the onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture
- Plan and coordinate the training activities
- Foster a culture of appreciation and acknowledgement
- Support on salary processing
- Develop, execute and support administrative tasks related to employees
- Support in administrative tasks related to office operations
- Create and follow processes and fulfil responsibilities

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in human resources, employee engagement, or a related role
- Experience in remote work environments
- Experience with different tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Slack and Jira (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
