Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution and ongoing improvement of VIP programs and user journeys across the client lifecycle
- Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to implement campaign and experience enhancements
- Track campaign performance and support reporting, insights, and continuous improvements
- Support planning and execution of VIP events and engagement initiatives
- Manage merchandising operations, including coordination with vendors and distribution across regions
- Work closely with VIP Relationship Managers to ensure alignment and consistent execution
- Support ongoing operational processes, including feedback tracking, reporting, and administrative coordination
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, campaign execution, or program coordination
- Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage concurrent initiatives
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Data-aware, with the ability to track performance and support basic analysis
- Experience in events, logistics, or customer experience is a plus
