Role Summary
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end web development across multiple platforms, implementing high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business objectives. Your work will help drive engagement, conversions, and growth in our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain websites on WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot platforms.
- Customize themes, templates, and plugins to match branding and functional requirements.
- Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services to support marketing, CRM, and analytics workflows.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring digital campaigns to life.
- Troubleshoot website issues and ensure ongoing site maintenance and security.
- Provide strategic input on web architecture and future development initiatives.
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience.
- Proven experience developing and customizing websites in WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS.
- Strong proficiency in:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and Liquid
- Responsive and mobile-first design
- SEO implementation and best practices
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platform integration (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience working with Australian or international clients.
