Job Description
Take charge of creating stunning office environments by combining creative design expertise with technical precision. In this role, you’ll transform empty spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing workplaces using advanced PCON software. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand their vision, create compelling 3D visualisations, and develop comprehensive furniture solutions that bring their dream offices to life. This position offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and technical expertise, allowing you to showcase your design talents while working with a premium furniture catalogue.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative office layout designs using PCON software, transforming client requirements into visually stunning 3D renders
- Develop detailed space planning solutions that optimize workflow and maximize office functionality
- Generate professional visualisations and walkthroughs to help clients envision their future workspace
- Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive furniture proposals, including precise pricing and product specifications
- Transform raw measurements and floor plans into detailed office design concepts
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and presentation materials for client meetings
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure designs meet their expectations and requirements
Requirements
- Proven expertise with PCON software and its furniture library system (minimum 3 years experience)
- Demonstrated background in commercial office space planning and interior design
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualisation and rendering capabilities
- Excellent technical understanding of office furniture specifications and space planning principles
- Professional communication skills in English (Spanish language proficiency highly desired)
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong project organization abilities
- Experience interpreting architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup for remote work
- Availability during Puerto Rico business hours
