9 AM - 5PM Burbank, CA time


We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-English Medical Appointments Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, confirming appointments, and managing patient communications. This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule medical appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy in patient details and appointment times.
  • Manage appointment reminders, confirmations, and cancellations.
  • Assist patients with scheduling follow-up appointments or rescheduling.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure all information is updated in the system.
  • Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
  • Provide general information to patients about office policies, procedures, and services.
  • Handle patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department or healthcare professional.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure appointments are appropriately scheduled and that the office is efficiently managed
  • •Ensure that patient privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.


Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software.
  • College diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality.
  • Friendly, approachable, and compassionate with a focus on providing excellent patient care.
