Job Description

This dynamic role combines creative social media management with essential virtual assistant duties for a premium beauty services provider. You’ll be instrumental in building the brand’s digital presence while supporting day-to-day operations. Using modern tools like Canva and various social media platforms, you’ll create engaging content that educates and attracts potential clients while maintaining smooth administrative operations. This position offers the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing beauty business while working remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging Instagram content, including educational carousels and promotional posts
  
• Develop professional client aftercare materials using Canva
  
• Manage and organize digital assets through Google Drive
  
• Handle daily administrative tasks and email communications
  
• Create compelling social media content explaining various cosmetic procedures
  
• Process and optimize client photos and videos for social media use
  
• Generate performance reports on advertising and conversion metrics (after initial 6-month period)
  
• Maintain clear communication with management, providing daily updates by 5 PM
  

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly Instagram
  
• Proficiency with Canva and content creation tools
  
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
  
• Excellent written communication skills in English
  
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
  
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
• Familiarity with beauty industry terminology preferred
