As a Remote Bookkeeper, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the financial pulse of a healthcare solutions innovator, working with modern tools like Xero and digital receipt management systems. Responsibilities

  • Execute daily bookkeeping operations using Xero, ensuring accurate transaction recording and categorization
  • Create and deliver comprehensive financial reports on a bi-weekly/monthly basis to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage digital receipt processing and documentation using modern cloud-based tools
  • Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
  • Establish and maintain organized financial records for tax compliance and business planning
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency
  • Implement best practices for financial categorization and documentation
  • Support tax preparation through systematic record-keeping and reporting
  • Contribute to the development of financial workflows and procedures


Requirements


  • Demonstrated expertise in Xero accounting software and cloud-based accounting systems
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with digital receipt management tools and financial documentation systems
  • Proven track record of accurate bookkeeping and financial categorization
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication
  • Understanding of healthcare industry financial practices (preferred)
  • Commitment to data security and confidentiality
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs within agreed hours
  • Professional approach to time management and deadline adherence
