This is a remote position.
40 hours a weekMon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM Los Angeles time, includes 1h unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Manage intake of calls and emails, ensuring proper routing and response
- Maintain and optimize the Monday.com project management system
- Process incoming communications and assign tasks to appropriate team members
- Organize and maintain digital file systems
- Perform general office management and administrative duties
- Follow up with clients, partners, and team members on outstanding items
- Handle inquiries and potential escalations or complaints
- Support the team during periods of high activity and urgent issues
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency
- Customer service background or experience a must
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Willingness to learn Monday.com (prior experience is a plus)
- Ability to adapt to an inconsistent pace of work
- Comfort with handling different issues daily
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Real estate industry knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Construction industry familiarity (a plus)
