Your Role

As a Team Leader Software Engineering, you’ll provide technical expertise as senior developer and tech lead as well as use your leadership skills to manage a team of software developers. This role offers growth opportunities, including progression to a Manager Software Engineering position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance secure, scalable software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support team growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of software professionals.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Front End and/or Back End development.
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Back End: Java/JEE, Spring Ecosystem.
  • Front End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.
• Experience with relational databases, ORMs, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
• Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
